If you are new to yoga or want a slower paced class, come to my Fresh Start beginner yoga class, where I teach the more basic and gentler poses to start until you are feeling more confident. The Mindfulness Yoga class is also a good option (availability of classes is dependent on interest).
For those who are new to yoga OR who have some yoga experience, but are a bit rusty OR for those who don’t feel comfortable in a big group class – this class is for you! Let’s get back to fundamentals and discover how slowing things down can actually increase awareness and strength. You will feel taller and lighter after taking this class! Small class sizes allow for me to individualize poses based on your skill level.
The studio holds a maximum of 6 participants, so please confirm in advance. Small class sizes will provide you with the attention you need to get the most out of your practice.
What to Bring
If you have a yoga mat, please bring. Otherwise, I have some mats you can borrow. Please dress in loose, comfortable clothing. You may want to bring water.
